Cancellation Policy
- Sunrise Flight with Breakfast: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the experience.
- Professional Photo Shooting: Non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours prior, subject to availability.
- Day Ticket to Zoo and Aquarium: Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the selected date. No rescheduling allowed.
- Entry Ticket to Main Exhibition: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Valid only for the selected date.
- Science Workshop for Kids/Adults: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
- Ape Car Ride: Requires vendor confirmation and is non-refundable once confirmed. Rescheduling may be possible with at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Aqua Fitness: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
Appropriate Clothing and Footwear
- Sunrise Flight with Breakfast: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear recommended. Temperatures can be cooler at higher altitudes.
- Professional Photo Shooting: Wear comfortable clothing, and avoid wearing white to reduce glare in photos.
- Zoo and Aquarium: Comfortable walking shoes recommended. Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
- Science Museum (All Experiences): Casual, comfortable clothing is fine. Some workshops may involve hands-on activities, so avoid delicate clothing.
- Ape Car Ride: Comfortable, casual clothing recommended. Sunglasses and sunscreen are advised.
- Aqua Fitness: Swimwear and water shoes required. Towels are provided upon request.
Bringing Pets
- Sunrise Flight with Breakfast & Professional Photo Shooting: Pets are not allowed due to safety and space restrictions.
- Zoo and Aquarium: Pets are not allowed inside the zoo or aquarium. Service animals are permitted with prior notice.
- Science Museum (All Experiences): Pets are allowed in the museum and during workshops.
- Ape Car Ride: Pets are not allowed on the vehicle.
- Aqua Fitness: No pets allowed in the pool area.
Special Considerations and Requirements
- Sunrise Flight with Breakfast: Participants should be in good health and able to stand for the duration of the flight. Not recommended for those with mobility issues.
- Professional Photo Shooting: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to discuss specific preferences and locations.
- Zoo and Aquarium: Accessible facilities are available for visitors with disabilities.
- Science Workshop for Kids/Adults: Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please notify staff of any allergies or medical conditions beforehand.
- Ape Car Ride: Riders must be at least 12 years old. Helmets will be provided and must be worn throughout the ride.
- Aqua Fitness: Participants must be in good health. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your physician before attending.
Photography and Filming
- Professional Photo Shooting: Personal cameras are allowed, but the photographer will be the main source of high-quality photos.
- Zoo and Aquarium: Photography is allowed for personal use only. No flash photography near the animals.
- Ape Car Ride: GoPros and other cameras are allowed but must be securely fastened.
Lost and Found
- Zoo and Aquarium: Lost items can be claimed at the information desk or by contacting customer service.
- Science Museum: Any items left behind in workshops or exhibit areas will be held for 7 days.
- Ape Car Ride: Personal belongings are the responsibility of the participants. Please double-check your seat before leaving.
